She was mentioned in Faith Popcorn’s book: Evolution.

She believes that travel is a life changing experience and that traveling with women is a privilege. She still lends her expertise to the Club, and designs many of the tours. Founded in 1992, The Women’s Travel Club is the leading tour operator for women and women’s organizations in North America, with trips from 4 to 14 days.

Specializing in small groups, personalized service, and special attention to solos. Spa weekends, European destinations and exotic locales on all 5 continents. All tours are value-driven and 4/5 star hotel based. As a division of nationally known ABC Destinations, our buying power and quality benefits our members.

Our members: Our members come from all walks of life, married and single. We have young professionals and retired ageless women. We do not discriminate on any basis and welcome inexperienced and intrepid travelers. At least half of each woman-only travel group consists of women who come alone and want to make new travel friends. The other half have traveled with us before; we have a very high repeat rate of satisfied members. Tour leaders: These leaders are local specialists who join the group at the destination. We sometimes hire local academics to lecture. For instance, we have had garden specialists in London, wildlife gurus in The Galapagos, and art historians in New York.

All guides are fully qualified in history, art or nature. And most of all, they make even a new traveler feel at home anywhere. Our administrative staff is enhanced by professionals from Club ABC Tours. Our office houses country specialists who visit our hotels and restaurants on a regular basis. We have offices in Paris, London and Rome through our parent company and our network covers all five continents through our local representatives. Our women’s itineraries: Our women’s tours are all inclusive; options are rare.

We want you to have the full price upfront. Shopping is not a theme in our trips, but there is some free time specified in the written itinerary. Airfares and Room Sharing: We arrange shares for non-smokers, first-come first served. Depending on the trip, airfare might be included, some meals and all sightseeing. Average group size is 15-20. Most trips have a maximum of 21 women; you receive the names of all participants and you can contact women ahead of time. Although we keep our groups small, trips are still popularly priced and much more value oriented than other small group tours.

Way off the Beaten Track We do many woman-only trips to unusual places and others to timeless Europe and South America. We plan trips that are politically timely and notify our members immediately to take advantage of windows in international travel!
