JS0115Planning a vacation is no small task for anyone. If you make that a family vacation, it becomes an even bigger challenge! You’ve got a lot of decisions to make—where to go, what to do, how to get there. Luckily, there is a lot of information out there to help you make the best decision for your family. So pack your suitcase (but make sure there’s enough room to sneak Jason Hartman in there!) and get ready for the time of your life!

Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka combines incredible landscape with historical architecture for a vacation that has something for everyone. Amidst tea estates and national parks, you’ll find luxury hotels with plenty of flora, fauna, and charm.
Sri Lanka sits on the Indian Ocean and boasts amazing beaches, incredible sunset views, and whale watching. You might also book a mobile tent safari that will allow you to see wild elephants, leopards, monkeys, crocodiles, etc.—a treat for the while family!

The United States
Whether you live in the United States or abroad, you’ll find plenty of luxury vacation destinations within America. Go to Las Vegas to experience bright lights and gambling and gustatory excess or the Grand Canyon, which is one of the seven natural wonders and truly beautiful.

At the Grand Canyon, you can explore the area by hiking, biking, or helicoptering around—in fact, you’ll find many places throughout the United States that offer the same opportunities. From coast to coast, the United States demonstrates a variety of landscapes, climates, and opportunities. From the nature lover to the city dweller, the United States massive size ensures a great vacation spot – or spots.

Costa Rica
Costa Rica has long been considered the adventure center of Central America, and for good reason. Scuba and snorkeling activities on the beaches of the Caribbean, rainforest zip lining, and surfing are only a few of the ways you might entertain the family. You can also visit an active volcano, explore life-rich rivers, or safari through the rainforest.

Costa Rica is also home to a variety of luxurious eco-retreats, a growing trend in tourism. Enjoy the wilds of the jungle with the comfort of a meal prepared for you!

No matter your choice in vacation, remember to pick up a few words of the local language before you go—it will help you make the most of your time away exploring the life of luxury! (photo credit: Arno Meintjes Wildlife via photopin cc)
